Make-up Artist Tips
To apply the eyeliner look down and gently stretch your outer eye area with your index finger. Apply using soft strokes along your lash line. Use the kohl on its own with lashings of mascara for perfectly defined eyes. You can also use it over an eye shadow for a soft look and under it to deepen the shadow colour. Blend using a cotton bud or liner brush for a softer or smokier look.
